Five of the seven people here are Generators: steady engines that respond, build and finish. Above them sits one Projector guide, the founder. And new in this roster is something the five-person version of this company did not have: a genuine initiator, the Manifestor now sitting in Account Management. The wiring backs most of the org chart you drew, with three findings it could never show you. First, the two sub-teams talk best at the junior level: the pod leads run cool to tense with each other, while their reports connect warmly across the aisle. Second, the person actually holding the company together is still Operations, not the C-suite. Third, the one seat that fights its occupant is Nadia's: an initiator wired for autonomy, managed on the company's most strained reporting line. All of it is mapped below, with the receipts.
Everyone reduced to their working role: their energy type (how they are built to contribute), their strongest computed capability, and the one condition they need to do their best work.
The one non-engine at the top, on purpose. A Splenic Projector who reads the field fast and quietly, wired for strategy (94) and network (87), carrying the classic entrepreneur channel (Surrender / Enterprise 26-44) plus Structuring 43-23: insight turned into language. Needs: recognition and invitation, not a grindstone; her first instinct is usually the right call.
The steady technical engine. Builder 94 with a strategic head, and the only person here natally carrying The Alpha 31-7, the lead-from-the-front channel: people follow him when he owns a domain. His Struggle 28-38 wiring makes him dig in on what he believes matters; his Yang Earth day master is the ground the product stands on. Needs: clear yes/no questions and a domain of his own; his gut answers in the moment.
The trial-and-error engineer. Builder 94 with the most defined chart among the Generators (7 of 9 centres) and a 3/5 profile: he learns by breaking things and is projected on to fix them, which is close to a job description for backend work. He shares the entrepreneur channel 26-44 with Anna and Preservation 27-50 with Erik. A master number 11 life path sits underneath. Needs: the overnight lap: he is one of the team's two Emotional authorities, so his real answer on an estimate or architecture call arrives the next morning, not in the meeting.
More creative director than pixel producer. Strategist 94 and Connector 93, with 8 of 9 centres defined: the most fixed, self-contained chart on the team. Her channels (Awareness 61-24, Structuring 43-23, Money 45-21, The Beat 2-14, Synthesis 49-19) read like a creative-direction job description. Needs: time. Her Emotional clarity arrives overnight, not in the room.
Born for the projection field. The 5/1 profile is the classic seller: people project solutions onto him, and his investigator base means he actually does the homework. He carries the Money channel 45-21 natally, and his Yang Fire day master plus Aries Moon give him heat and pace. Needs: a scoreboard, a territory, and to be judged on outcomes, not on how he runs his calendar.
The only Manifestor in the company. Independent 94 and Connector 89: built to open doors on her own authority, then work them through her network. She carries six channels, the densest wiring here after Lea's: Curiosity 11-56, Awakening 20-10, The Brainwave 20-57, Perfected Form 10-57, Judgment 18-58 and Struggle 28-38. Double Libra (Sun and Moon) with a Capricorn rising: charm outside, structure inside. Needs: autonomy plus an inform habit. A Manifestor who is closely supervised produces the type's signature not-self theme: anger.
The company's actual centre of gravity. Builder 94, and the easiest line to everyone in the company (average 72.8, the highest here). Her channels are an operations toolkit: Discovery 46-29 (commit and see it through) and Judgment 18-58 (spot what is off and perfect it), the latter shared natally with Nadia. Needs: her hub role made explicit, and care that she does not silently absorb everyone's load.
This is the company as you have set it up: Anna at the top, four direct reports, and two sub-teams below them: Engineering (Erik managing Leon) and Commercial (Tom managing Nadia). Each reporting line is coloured by the actual chart chemistry between manager and report, and the number is how smoothly it runs. A pale line is not a crisis; it just needs more explicit communication than the box-and-line diagram suggests.
Anna's strongest reporting line is still to Marie (83), followed by Lea (70). Inside the sub-teams, the Engineering line Erik to Leon (59) is scored well-supported, while the Commercial line Tom to Nadia (55) is the weakest declared relationship in the company, and the only one where hard aspects outnumber warm (8 warm to 10 hard). One number the boxes cannot explain: Anna's wire to Leon, two levels down, is a 79, stronger than her line to his own manager (58). Both are Yang Metal day masters, allied by day and year trines, sharing the entrepreneur channel 26-44. The skip-level is real; use it deliberately, without undermining Erik.
The most useful thing the wiring can tell a company: whether each person's title matches what they are actually built to do. Five seats fit cleanly, one is the right area but the wrong altitude, and one is the wrong shape entirely.
A Projector guide sitting above five Generator engines and one Manifestor is the textbook shape: she directs energy she does not have to supply. Strategist top axis, entrepreneur channel, Splenic speed. This is her seat, with one condition: she must run it as a guide (set direction, invite, recognise) and never try to out-hour her own engines.
A Builder-Strategist engine carrying the team's only natal leadership channel (The Alpha 31-7), placed on the platform. Exactly right. Give him full ownership of the technical domain. The one flag is not his seat but his interfaces: his Struggle 28-38 wiring runs hot against the other person who carries it natally, Nadia (see the friction map).
Builder 94, a 3/5 debug-by-doing profile, Mutation 3-60 (start new cycles) and Preservation 27-50 shared with his own manager: the wiring agrees with the job title almost line by line. The one adjustment is temporal, not structural: he and Lea are the team's two Emotional authorities. Estimates and architecture calls extracted from him live in the meeting will be wrong; the same call the next morning will be right.
A 5/1 profile with the Money channel and a Fire day master, in the revenue seat. As cast as it gets. The projection field that makes strangers trust him with their problems is a sales asset; the same field makes him easy to blame internally when numbers dip, so judge him on the scoreboard, not the noise. His management style needs one modification for one person: Nadia (below).
Builder 94 with quality-control wiring (Judgment 18-58) in the ops seat is right. What the title misses: she is the bridge, the easiest average line in the company (72.8). Make the hub role official: internal coordination and temperature-keeping belong to her on paper, not just in practice.
Design is the right department, but her chart is a creative direction and design strategy profile (Strategist 94, Connector 93, Structuring, Awareness), not a production-design profile. Parked on ticket-level execution she will stall; owning the design language, systems and client-facing rationale she will carry the brand. Reshape the seat upward, and protect her overnight decision rhythm.
This is the report's headline mis-cast. Client work is the right area: her Connector 89 is real warmth and network. But "Account Manager" is a tending seat, and every computed signal says Nadia is an opening profile: the company's only Manifestor (initiator, informs then acts), Independent 94 as her top axis, a 1/4 foundation-plus-network profile, six channels of self-contained wiring. Parked on maintenance under close supervision, the type's not-self theme is anger. The full rebuild is specified below.
Three computed facts stack up. Her type: the only Manifestor here, the one person designed to start things unprompted, the seat the five-person version of this company was told it lacked. Her top axis: Independent 94, the lone-operator score, the highest single capability in the company alongside the 94s of the Builders and Strategists. And her reporting line: Tom to Nadia scores 55, the weakest declared relationship in the org, the only one with more hard aspects than warm (8/10). None of this says she is in the wrong company; her second axis (Connector 89) and her double-Libra chart say client-facing is exactly right. It says the seat is the wrong shape. Rebuild it around opening: new accounts, partnerships, first conversations, expansion into existing clients, run with real autonomy on an inform-first protocol (she tells Tom what she is initiating; he does not pre-approve it). Hand the steady-state account tending to the Tom and Marie axis (94), which is built for exactly that cadence.
Every line is real working chemistry computed from both charts, ranked within this team. Node colour shows the declared structure: the two sub-teams, and the three people who report straight to Anna. Thick green is a strong collaboration; red dashed is a friction axis to manage.
The same scores, organised by person: find anyone on the left, and everyone they work with sits beside them, smoothest first, most friction last, colour-coded. The quickest way to see where you fit and who to pair with.
The org chart declares two sub-teams. Here is how each one actually runs on the inside, and then how the pods, the CEO, Design and Operations work across the aisles.
How it runs inside: two Builder-94 engines, and a healthy direction of flow: Erik's Earth feeds Leon's Metal, the manager literally resources the report. They are day-branch natural allies (a trine) and both natally carry Preservation 27-50, a shared caretaking instinct that shows up as codebase hygiene and looking after what already works. Two wires connect the charts live: Curiosity 11-56 and Rhythm 15-5, ideas and cadence.
The two flags: the same BaZi read that gives them day-level ease flags a year clash: they agree on today's task and argue about the horizon, so roadmap debates belong in writing. And their clocks differ: Erik's Sacral answers in the moment, Leon's Emotional authority answers overnight. An estimate demanded live will be Erik-shaped; the correct one arrives next morning.
How it runs inside: two Yang Fire day masters, same-element resonance and day-branch trine allies: shared heat, shared pace, real mutual respect for speed. Three wires connect the charts (Awareness 61-24, Acceptance 17-62, The Prodigal 33-13): they complete each other's thinking and each other's audience.
The flag, and it is the report's featured tension: this is the company's weakest declared line (55) and the only reporting line where hard aspects outnumber warm (8 to 10). The cause is structural: a Generator manager whose style is scoreboard-and-cadence, over a Manifestor report whose design is to initiate and inform, not to be supervised. Managed closely, Nadia's type answers with its not-self theme, anger; managed by outcomes on an inform-first protocol, this same line becomes two Fire profiles hunting in parallel.
How it runs inside: this triangle has two strong sides and one cool one. Anna to Marie (83) is the company's second-strongest line, on seven live channels: the natural chief-of-staff axis. Anna to Lea (70) rides a year six-harmony, a shared Metal element and a shared Structuring channel 43-23: the two of them convert raw insight into language the same way, which is why strategy and design direction should be set together. The cool side is Lea to Marie (48), sitting on a day-branch clash: design and ops coordinate best through Anna or in writing, not by assuming the other has heard them.
Between Engineering and Commercial, the two leads run cool to hot: Erik to Tom is a functional 50, and Erik to Nadia is a 39, tied for the tensest line in the company (a day clash, and the two of them are the only people who both carry Struggle 28-38 natally: two fixed wills that dig in on principle). But the juniors connect warmly across the aisle: Leon to Tom is a 69 (their wires even light The Alpha 31-7 together) and Leon to Nadia a 68. Add Marie, whose lines into the Commercial pod (94 to Tom, 79 to Nadia) and to Erik (76) are all strong, and the routing rule writes itself: cross-pod requests travel through Marie or at working level, not lead-to-lead. Design plugs in the same way: Lea reaches Commercial through Nadia (69), never head-to-head with Tom (39), and reaches Engineering through Anna, since her direct lines to Erik (48) and Leon (45) both run cool. And Anna holds one asymmetric asset: her 79 to Leon, the strongest CEO line into either pod.
