Solo reports are typically delivered within the hour after we receive complete birth details. Pair and Circle reports read several people and are typically delivered within 24 hours. If something in your data needs clarification, we will contact you and the clock restarts when it is resolved.
Your report is yours to keep, share privately and use forever. You may not resell it, republish it commercially or use it to offer a competing service.
Reports are computed from the details you provide. An incorrect birth date, time or place produces a report about someone who does not exist, so double-check before submitting.
Reports are generated by an AI system from the birth data you provide. The underlying chart calculations are deterministic astronomical math; the written interpretation is AI-generated and validated against those calculations before delivery. Reports are interpretive and intended for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and must not be used to make decisions about employment, education, insurance, credit or health, whether about yourself or another person.
Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record. If the report does not land for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase. Refunds are handled through the payment provider, alongside your applicable statutory consumer rights. If there is a problem with your order, contact us.
